Investigating Global Education Programs
Each group of three students will present what they have found for "global Education" program from the web sites.
I hope these presentations can give you idea about the concept of "Global Education" and curriculum for your final paper.
This group work is only for developing ideas and the final paper will be written by individuals less than 10 pages. The instructional model for this 'Global Education" leadership/program can be designed by you. I hope to see your innovative ideas. Use drawing for the instructional model for better understanding.
You have investigated the global education programs and investigated its characteristics. I want you to upload the findings of MS word doc file on the wiki page. Please each group, present the findings in the class. Even the investigation of a program "Global Education" from institutions are done with the group, the final paper will be written individually. Please use MS word DOC or goold docs format. HWP can not be accessed by people from other countreis.
This acitivity can be an Introduction to the final paper(30%). Development of e-Portfolio will be 15% from the 30% of classroom participation.

UNESCO (2009) published a short summary of what they learned for global education from the international conferences.
For your reference, I highly recommend Cisco report which very well done framework for philosophy why global education is needed.
